Overview

Punchcard is a product of Pearl AI LLC (“Pearl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our marketing website at punchcard.one (the “Site”) or contact us to learn about Punchcard.

This policy covers the punchcard.one website only. If you become a Punchcard customer, the information processed inside the Punchcard application — including your crew’s accounts, hours, and job data — is governed by the separate service agreement we provide during onboarding.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you book a setup call or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you choose to tell us. There is no form on the Site itself — you enter these details on Calendly’s scheduling page (or in an email), and Calendly collects your booking information on our behalf.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers automatically collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies — including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring pages.

How We Use Information

Respond to your inquiries and schedule your onboarding call.
Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
Measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads to people who may be interested in Punchcard.

Advertising & Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel uses cookies to record actions you take on the Site — such as viewing a page or clicking to book a call — and shares that activity, along with device identifiers, with Meta. We use this to measure our ads and to show ads to Site visitors and similar audiences on Facebook and Instagram (including retargeting). This means we share certain Site-interaction data with Meta for advertising purposes.

You can control this:

Adjust ad personalization in your Facebook ad settings.
Decline or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Opt out of interest-based advertising at the DAA or NAI opt-out pages.

The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts; to deliver them, Google processes your IP address. We host the Site on Vercel, which processes request data to serve and secure the Site.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

With service providers who operate the Site and our outreach — including Meta (advertising), Calendly (scheduling), Google Fonts (fonts), and Vercel (hosting) — who are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Pearl or others.
In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.

Note that using advertising cookies to share data with Meta may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws. See “Your Rights” below to opt out.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising (for example, by declining advertising cookies or contacting us).

California (CCPA/CPRA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a regulator. Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for advertising cookies and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
